Works great. Just add any dictionary in StarDict format and it works like a charm. Can add using a URL or iMazing.

Wish the app supported iOS 13 Dark mode and .bgl dictionary files.

This dictionary is great but can you update it to able to parse images in res directory. Some dictionary data using images as resource of output. Thanks

Pretty much all ios & android dictionary apps are obnoxious commercial, spyware junk. Except for this one. It supports and makes it easy to install free stardict dictionaries and there appear to be no ads or other forms of in-app nagging or harassment. People have complained that the ui could use some updating, but I think it is just fine: simple and distraction free.

This is a great app that is functional and intuitive. In the meantime, Dictionary Universal was the best among the Stardict dictionaries. However, Dictionary Universal has been lagging behind with recent improvements (the app still does not support Split view). At this time, Dicty is well-formed to be more than a substitute for the Dictionary Universal. I would like to expect only two improvements to this app. First, I would like to be able to use the pronunciation voice files as supported by Dictionary Universal. Secondly, I hope that the search interface is improved so that one word at a time can be easily converted into multiple dictionaries (in Dictionary Universal I can swipe fingers left and right to change the dictionaries).

Performance and design of this app is so adorable, I use it all the time for my French learning. iOS 9 slide over support made this app really indispensable. It would be still better if word suggestions of iOS default keyboard was active. Hope to have it in the next update. Thanks a lot 👌🏻👍🏻😍

I have a lot of dictionaries in stardict format so this app I really useful for me. Split view support as well as clipboard monitoring makes translation much easier. 5+

Super intuitive and handy. Threw out Lingvo for it.

Fast, free, simple, good looking. I am learning a second language and rely on this app multiple times every day. Good stuff!
